By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use our platform. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Platform Description

This platform enables users to trade on the outcomes of real-world events. Users buy and sell YES and NO shares that represent positions on event outcomes. Each pair of YES and NO shares is backed by $1 of collateral, and the winning side pays out $1 per share upon resolution.

4. Risks

Trading on prediction markets involves significant risk. You may lose some or all of your invested funds. Digital assets and blockchain technologies are subject to technical risks, regulatory uncertainty, and market volatility. You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your wallet, credentials, and private keys.
  • Ensuring that you do not operate multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing platform rules.
  • Not using the platform for any illegal purposes, market manipulation, wash trading, or any activity that could harm other users or the integrity of the platform.
  • Not using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform without prior written authorization.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or the platform.

7. Market Resolution

Markets are resolved based on the outcome of real-world events as determined by our resolution system. Resolution decisions are final. In rare cases of ambiguity, dispute, or inability to determine an outcome, we reserve the right to void markets and return funds to participants.

8. Fees

Trading on our platform may be subject to fees, including trading fees and network transaction fees. The current fee schedule is available on the platform. All applicable fees will be disclosed before you confirm any transaction. We reserve the right to change the fee schedule at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on this platform are owned by or licensed to us. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

10. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the platform, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Third-Party Services

The platform may interact with third-party services, including blockchain networks, wallet providers, and oracles. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or performance of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or funds, arising from your use of the platform.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body in the jurisdiction specified below.

15. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

16. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Cayman Islands, without regard to conflict of law principles.
